Whenever we get together to watch football, this dip is a favorite of Bringing Up Burns'. So I thought this recipe would be a fitting post for Super Bowl Sunday.
Matt loves Buffalo Wings. Really spicy ones. I like them too - but I hate how messy you get when you eat them. (I'm sorry, but sucking meat off of tiny, slippery bones is not ladylike)! Furthermore, I really hate the ugly bowl of discarded bones that fills up in the middle of the table!
Insert Wing Dip here - and snacking is saved. This dip is full of hot, spicy flavor, meaty chunks of chicken and creamy blue cheese. But it is also easily edible with crackers, tortilla chips or Fritos. The best of Both Worlds. Buffalo Wings go Metrosexual - which means I get keep my classy, ladylike self intact while screaming at the television!

Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese - divided in two
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and Frank's Red Hot until well blended.
Add the Ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese crumbles, chicken, and half the Cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture into an 8X8 baking dish or round pie plate.
Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or (our family favorite) Fritos Scoops!
ENJOY!
