Garlic Roasted Crock Pot Chicken

I've often wanted to make Ina's Chicken with 40 Cloves recipe, but I never seen to have the time or patience...maybe in my old age. For now, this time saving, taste bud satisfying, crock pot recipe will have to suffice!

Ingredients

6 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
5 TBSP minced garlic
1/4 pound sweet butter
1/2 cup canned chicken broth

Directions
Sprinkle the chicken breasts, on both sides, with salt, pepper and paprika.
Spread the minced garlic on both sides of the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken into a crock pot and place a few pats of butter on each breast.
Add the remaining butter and chicken stock and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve over steamed rice with the hot garlic butter sauce.
ENJOY!
