Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients
8 ounces spaghetti
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained (crumbly)
1/2 lb hot Italian sausage, cooked and drained (crumbly)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
30 ounces spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
season with salt and pepper

Directions
I usually split this recipe between two 8x8 pans and freeze one of them for another time, but you can also make it in a 9X13 pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the spaghetti and drain, but don't rinse. (I usually break mine in thirds for easier serving later on)
Put spaghetti right back into the warm pot.
Melt the cream cheese in the microwave until soft (about 30 seconds) and blend with the sour cream.
Add green onions and bell peppers to the cream cheese mixture.
Pour cream cheese mixture over the spaghetti and mix well.
Put spaghetti mixture into greased pan.
Layer some of the mozzarella, then the beef and sausage, then a little more mozzarella.
Spread the spaghetti sauce across the entire casserole and then put the rest of the mozzarella on top. Top with Parmesan.
Bake for 30- 35 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 or 10 minutes before serving.
ENJOY!
