Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
2 TBSP melted butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda

Directions
In a large bowl, whisk the buttermilk, eggs and melted butter together until the mixture is smooth and blended.
In a small bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Stir the flour mixture into the buttermilk mixture only until it is moistened.
It's okay to leave the lumps.
Pour batter onto a hot, greased griddle.
Flip cakes when small bubbles form on the top.
Top with syrup, berries and lemon whipped cream.

ENJOY!

I have the same recipe with the exception of 6 TBS butter. They are truly the best ever pancakes, I'll try it with two, although I make them on my grandma's cast iron skillet and with that much butter there is no need to grease said pan. Can't wait to try some of these recipes.
