Menu Plan Monday - May 4th

Photobucket

This week ahead is going to be SO busy for me. On top of my normal Mommy/Daycare Provider responsibilites, I have a trillion things to get accomplished before Friday. I'm hosting 3 events for my sister's Bridal Shower/Bachelorette Weekend and I'm a little obsessive in the party planning department. So I'll be a baking, sewing, crafting fool over the next few days. But I am very excited for everything I have planned. I think my sister is going to have a blast and be quite spoiled...which is exactly the point!

Monday - Apple Cheddar Chicken with mashed potatoes and peas & carrots (carried over from last week)

Tuesday - Celebrating Cinco de Mayo with White Chicken Enchiladas, Spanish Rice and Pinto Beans. Homemade Guacamole, Chips and Pacificos with Lime will round out the night!

Wednesday - Honey Lime Chicken with steamed rice and Broccoli

Thursday - Kate flys in tomorrow and we're getting excited for her arrival with Chicago Style Hot Dogs and Herb & Cheese Oven Roasted Fries.

Friday - Let the Festivities Begin!! Duffy Boat ride with my sister and her out of state girls who are flying in for the weekend. We'll have drinks and apps on the boat and enjoy the sights of Newport Bay. Probably dock at the Cannery and hope the bartender takes good care of us with yummy drinks and the best Sushi in town. (He should....he's our little brother!)

Saturday - Mad Hatter's Tea Party by day. My mom and I are making all the food. Here's my recipe for Orange Cranberry Scones! Then some "Appropriately Inappropriate Festivities" by night. We're all taking a Pole/Lap Dance class together, followed by dinner reservations and Slumber Party at the hotel.

Sunday - Mother's Day...I'm leaving it up to Mateo. We'll probably BBQ with my fam and enjoy Kate's last night in town before becoming Mrs. Suberlak. 67 Days and counting!

Hope everyone has a great week! I can't wait to share pics of all our fun next weekend. Be sure and head over to OrgJunkie to get more menu planning ideas!
