Menu Plan Monday - May 17th

I menu plan every week. I just haven't been good about posting my recipes! Here's what we are eating this week:

Monday - Apple Cheddar Chicken with Green Beans

Tuesday - Honey Citrus Soy Salmon with steamed rice and broccoli

Wednesday - Rachel's Dorito Taco Salad and Quesadillas

Thursday - Baked Chicken Dijon with Rosemary Oven Baked Potatoes

Friday -  FNBD begins! (Friday Night Beach Dinner) We hit the beach with some other families and everyone brings their own picnic dinner. I think I'm gonna make Thai Chicken Noodle Salad and S'mores Brownies


Saturday - Crock Pot Lasagna and Green Salad (I add chopped spinach to mine!)

Sunday - Chicken Cordon Bleu with steamed broccoli

Wednesday's dinner is a recipe from one of my Twitter friends, Rachel. She blogs over at No. 17 Cherry Tree Lane! Be sure and visit. She is a dear. Love all the stuff in her vintage shop!

Scrumptious looking!!! Sometime this week I'm going to post my taco salad recipe... it's a little diff and incredible!!!!

Can't wait to try the new recipes. And how fun to have a picnic on the beach!!! So jealous :)

as a menu planner myself, I love seeing these... keep it up! I have tried many of your recipes and all of them have been awesome. I don't know how you eat so good, yet look so great...
